Support classroom teachers in delivering instruction

Assist students individually or in small groups

Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management

Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities)

You’ll help students succeed academically and socially by providing additional support in the classroom, reinforcing learning, and assisting teachers in creating a positive and effective learning environment.<\/p>\n\n
Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and classroom activities

Provide support for students with special needs, as directed by teachers or IEPs
\n\t <\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

Support school-wide initiatives and classroom routines

High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may prefer college coursework or experience)

Education Aide License with the Ohio Department of Education
