PSI has opportunities throughout Ohio and we need YOUR assistance to help identify top candidates. With our quarterly Employee Refer More and Earn More Program, you can earn extra cash or win some great prizes.

All PSI employees who have either submitted a name(s) for a referral OR have shared an available PSI position via the employee Referral Portal that leads to a PSI job application are automatically entered in the drawing!!

If they are hired and work for at least 90 days, you will receive a bonus of up to $750*!

In addition to the referral program payout, there will be two ways to enter the “Grand Prize  Opportunity” drawing:

  1. Each completed job application submitted to PSI as a result of a shared job posting via the “Share Job Opportunities HERE” information above, will earn an entry for the PSI employee that shared the job description for the grand prize drawing.Instructions for sharing:

    -To register for the first time, look for the button that says “Sign up to share jobs.” You will need your email address and the passphrase.  Passphrase – “PSIReferral”

    -Once you are able to log in, you will be prompted to create a Referrer Profile. This will allow you use the portal to refer friends and family to PSI jobs.

    -The same link will allow you continued access to the portal and to share PSI open positions.

  3. Each name submitted via the Employee Referral Form above,Enter your referral HERE abovewill earn an entry for the PSI employee that submitted the name for the grand prize drawing.

Who is eligible?

All PSI staff are eligible to receive a bonus for referring a *NEW* qualified candidate to any full-time, part-time or PRN position.

How much can employees earn?

If the candidate is hired by PSI, you will earn a referral bonus of up to $750*. Both you and your referral must have worked for at least 90 days and be in good standing. The bonus amounts are as follows:

  • Full-time position $750*
  • Part-time position $250* (less than 30 hours per week)
  • PRN Substitutes $100*

How do I refer a candidate?

To refer a candidate for consideration, the employee must submit the referral candidate’s name and contact information to the Human Resources team via THIS FORM or via email at careers@psi-solutions.org. Please be sure you have the candidate’s permission to provide PSI with their contact information.

The Refer and Earn program is a Win-Win!

Your friend/family member gets a great job at PSI and you get a bonus. Plus, there’s NO LIMIT to the number of people you can refer and the number of bonuses you can receive!

Terms and Conditions:
• Both the referring employee and the referral candidate must be in good standing.
• The referral candidate is a NEW PSI employee.
• The referral candidate is not a previous employee of PSI within the last five years.
• The referral candidate is not currently in the interview process with PSI.
• PSI’s management team has the final authority to hire and to determine if a referral will qualify for the referral bonus.

*Cash incentives are subject to required deductions and tax withholdings. These earnings will be included in the employee’s year-end gross earnings shown on the IRS W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. If the employment of the new employee or the referring employee terminates prior to the bonus payment date, no payment will be made.
