Speech/Language Pathologist positions are available in a range of school settings: public, non public and charter. PSI SLPs identify, evaluate, diagnose, and remediate communication disorders for the preschool and school-age populations. The SLP is responsible for collaborating their services with school and district personnel. PSI SLPs are encouraged to promote, develop and deliver innovative, comprehensive and cutting edge programs and services impacting referred students, peers and families, where appropriate. Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, ASHA CCC or CFY, Board of Speech/Language Pathology License, experience working in an educational setting, and preferably a Teaching Certificate (or comparable).

Full and part time positions are often available for psychologists/school psychologists to work in a wide range of school settings serving the continuum of school student populations. These are innovative positions which emphasize counseling, groups services, multifactored-evaluations, prevention and intervention programming. Skills, experience and an interest in learning functional behavioral analysis techniques, intervention based assessment skills and experience with the Response to Intervention model are preferred. Credentials in school psychology are preferred but those with degrees in allied fields are encouraged to apply.

Tutors and certified teachers are often needed to provide reading and/or math instruction in individual or small group settings during and after school. These positions are both full and part time and may often be arranged to accommodate your personal schedule. The curriculum is innovative and exciting. Most of the tutoring sessions will occur in public school settings; others are in non public schools. You must have at least 60 credit hours to qualify. Teaching certificate & or license and professional experience are preferred in some cases, and required in others. Training and supervision will be provided. Mentoring may also be available.
